Where we ship from
All Lampwick orders ship from our warehouse in the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can add time.

Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your package leaves our warehouse. It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you cover the reshipping cost.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you didn't get it, email us at support@lampwick.store within 14 days. We'll replace it or refund you.
